Poor customer service

I ordered a 2 piece set and it says its not see through, it clearly was. I paid through afterpay; I sent it back as a return & instead of refunding afterpay they sent me return credit gift card. I don't ever want to shop at the store ever again why would i want a gift card. Now I'm fighting with afterpay about their refund, why even work with a payment service when the store's return policy is *** ?!?! ZERO STARS !!

i place an order cloth too small and i had to send it back for return and paid out of my pocket a lot of money is no worth to order anything because if cloth dont fit you will loose money in shipping

Customer service could be better

I just bought a few things of this store. A pair of they were acceptable but the principal motive for my order was a 2 pieces set. It looks very cheap, bad quality It doesn't look anything like the picture. They don't refund your money they only give you credit store when you return something and I don't want to take the risk again. When I commented this about this issue on its Instagram they deleted my comment. Horrible costumer service.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue with them right now. I've ordered from them before with no problems.

I've called and emailed and they just keep ignoring me.

I came to the reviews to see if others had the same issues and it came as no shock that there are comments of unsatisfactory customer service. After this I won't purchase anything else from them again!

Waste Of So Much Time And Money

I ordered an item June 22nd for an event July 3rd. Selected 3-4 day shipping, so I thought it would definitely make it.

Contacted them 28th asking where my package is. Turns out they had a shipping delay, but I believe they Just forgot to ship it b/c the next day they sent me a shippig confirmation. Then it looks like it sat in post office for 4 Days because USPS never showed any updates other than it was still in California. Anyway, today is the day of the event I’m hosting & I have no swimsuit to wear.

Customer service did respond & that’s good but I don’t event want to have the event anymore because of them.

It’s a swimsuit, not like I can just throw something on. I wish I never ordered & read reviews like this one first because another lady had a very similar experience.

i ordered 2 swimsuits , medium , and when i got them they were extremely small for being a medium. no problem , so i ordered a large with the store credit they provided. now this size is so big that it's falling off of me. they keep saying they will give me a store credit. i don't want a store credit if they are not consistent with their sizes. they have now blocked me on instagram. very childish and unprofessional.

Customer service is terrible

I ordered a swimsuit with the 3 day priority - I find it very odd that you receive an email when you purchase something, but never when the item is shipped. I have been on their little customer support chat box for an hour trying to see if my order has been shipped.

The support people said it had been shipped. I asked them for a tracking number in the chat box. The support chat said they would email it to me. I told them after 30 minutes I did not receive the email, if they would be kind enough to give me the tracking number in the chat box still nothing its been an hour now.

I should have paid attention to the reviews and not ordered from this hotmess of a store.

I will be disputing it with my paypal account to reimburse in full. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE -- SHAME ON THEM....

Horrible Coustomer Service

I placed an order Sunday, received email confirmation that order was placed and account was debited. I noticed in shipping it stated pick up at local store I did not choose this option as I am not local to the store for pick. I called Monday afternoon spoke with a women and told her that I am not local and cannot pick up the item she then mentions that it is $6.95 fee for shipping, I then told her that it was okay and I did not want the item and to cancel the order. She then said I will go ahead and do that and I should receive an email shortly. By Wednesday I still had not received any email so I called back and spoke to another women and she then told me the item was shipped free of charge, I told her that who authorized that since I had called Monday to cancel and requested a refund. She then began to tell me that when item is received that I need to go to post office and send back and then I will be given a refund. I told her this was not my error I instructed your customer service rep. to cancel and refund. I asked to speak to manager she then hung up. I called back and she then said all managers are in a meeting and was laughing. This is the worst service I have received and regardless if the shipping was free as I customer if I called to cancel and requested a refund then that is want I asked for not for the company to make their decisions to send it because they want to. I never received any email with a tracking number or anything saying the item has shipped. I have tried calling back several time and have no resolution.

I placed an order for a swimsuit on 1/25/2018 and have been lied to repeatedly about the order being shipped within 2 to 3 business days! Saturday I disputed it with my credit card company now today they are claiming USPS lost my order that they seemed to have never even received! Fake tracking numbers and shipping dates are their MO! Now all of a sudden they are saying it’s back ordered and can ship after 2/26/2018! I’m reporting them to the BBB ! This is ridiculous!

If you dare to order from this site, you better like what you get because their return policy is a nightmare! I bought a waist shaper, and had to return it because the medium was too small.

After sending the item in, they issued me store credit because they don't give you money back for returning something. I recently purchased another waist shaper in a large and it's too big! I sent it back and asked for them to send me a medium, but they just issued me store credit instead. It's annoying that sizing is not consistent and that they aren't willing to ship the exchange out to me and keep giving me store credit!

I am tired of having store credit with this site and that's why I just keep ordering the waist shaper so I can use it up! If you aren't going to ship me out what I want then refund my credit card and stop with the store credit ***!
